We are located in the Pauline Plaza between W. Stadium and Maple, across from TCF Bank. Take the sidewalk
by the large "1945" on the side of the building. Enter at the glass door and go downstairs.

 
         
    Circuits A combination of strength and cardio stations for an effective fat-burning workout.  
    FitBall A strength & core conditioning class using weights and the large fitness ball for total body toning.  
    Pilates A mat-based workout to strengthen and streamline your core muscles. At times small balls will be used.  
    Strength

Firm and strengthen your arms, abs, back, hips, and thighs with hand-held weights, resistive bands and tubing, and other low-tech equipment.

 
    Yoga A fusion of many disciplines of yoga. It is not a "power" class, nor a "hold pose forever" class. It is a mix of flowing and held poses to improve flexibility, balance, posture, and strength. Ends with relaxation. Modifications offered. No headstands.
